ICS 243 Fall Quarter 1999:

Version 2.1 of the Bio-Net simulator (384KB, 11/06/99)

Improvements in version 2.1:

• User interface now includes GUI to add service cyber-entities
• Custom cyber-entities can be created from a configuration file
• Reasonably interesting simulations can now be run without having to edit the source code and recompiling
• A cyber-entity's relationship can be accessed by getRelaEnum() (for U-grad project)
• All service cyber-entities in the simulation can be access by getServiceCEEnum() (for U-grad project)

Version 2.0 of the Bio-Net simulator (473KB, 10/14/99)

Improvements in version 2.0:

• improved user interface
• cyber-entities now have relationship behavior
• cleaner implementation of behavior weights (GeneClump, GeneStrand, GeneUnit)
• better statistics output
